23 Crazy Notions 'til Christmas

"Now right where I live there's uranium in the water. And the hippies'll get mad if you cut a tree down to build a shed, but they're like, 'Gimme uranium, I want it'. I mean, this is eugenics, this is population reduction..."
(today's broadcast)

Actually, Mr. Jones, the hippies - and a lot of other people - are pissed. Not just about uranium in the water, but about uranium mining itself. Two years ago, a broad range of South Texas citizens formed the Alliance of Texas for Uranium Research and Action, with the stated aim to "protect water resources and keep uranium out of the drinking water". Specifically, ATURA is fighting for a moratorium on all uranium exploration and mining in Texas's drinking water aquifers. And they're not just talking about uranium contamination on the radio. They're organizing, lobbying, and protesting in every forum available to them. Check out their website and decide for yourself if every Texan besides Jones thinks "uranium is good for you."

Jones battles the gate-rapers and shredders of Posse Comitatus, while you cherry pick him, thus you are a gate raping enabler.

My comment first: 'Pissed' in the UK means 'drunk' ('pissed off' is the Brit equivalent of the American 'pissed'). This post is kind of interesting when you come with a Brit vocabulary!

Second: Anonymous, are you saying that because Alex Jones says something you agree with, we should therefore give him a pass on everything else he says?

Dear Highland Host- No, Im not suggesting that Jones should get a pass on just anything. I am suggesting that he is important in helping critique the Patriot Act, the illegal wars, the wiretapping, the erosion of posse comitatus, and he is helpful on sovereignty issues, etc. He,through Drudge, caused the TSA gate raping to rocket as a concern and become a large scale public revolt. He should get a pass when he abuses hyperbole and starts ranting and misspeaks. If you are familiar enough with Jone's voice, you know the above quote about hippies was meant to drive or over drive home a point while being sarcastic. He's one of those people who is not so easy for us to know when he is being sarcastic, or deliberately exaggerating to get a jolt ...etc. Thats why so many people think he's just an actor and a fed, but he isn't, he just tries to whip up the people, he offers a good dose of the showman, and this is what has partly generated his fan base. Sorta like what the Crocodile Hunter did for nature programs....A bland or calm radio show host wouldn't have gone as far as he has and still have the army of activists he has. The Croc Hunter was sincere too. You gotta have a lot of enthusiasm just to show up to do the job. Would you say the Croc Hunter damaged the ecological movement with his over -the- top antics? Neither does Jones, esp since he talks about important things no one else will.

Jones reaches about 2.3 million people a day on the radio and that number is amplified by his online presence.

Like him or hate him, he should not be hampered in any way while he is battling the TSA perverts, that's why this blog is a TSA gate raping enabler. He gets no moral support here while he fights TSA while the TSA fondles our families. This blog probably supports the TSA since there doesn't seem to be much on here putting down the TSA gate rapers and child molesters.

No Anonymous. I disagree. He isn't helpful. The man is a clown. He's a distraction and he is completely incapable of rational discourse. He's very simple minded. Its all good and evil for him. Its all "us the pure hearted free humanity" versus the "RAPERS AND POISONERS ARGGGGHHHHH!"

I don't want him silenced. I want him marginalized as the fringe figure that he is. He'll rub shoulders with anyone.. even anti-semites like Texe Marrs and Ted Pike and frankly I think he exaggerates and knowingly says things that are false in order to scare people into buying from his advertisers.

There needs to be a rational discussion about the TSA. Screaming about the "Spirit of 1776" and 1984 (a book Jones has never read.) is utterly unhelpful. Of course rational discussion isn't very exciting, is it?

I'll just say it.. the day Matt Drudge put a permanent link to Infowars and started posting Alex Jones' story was a terrible day for America and the world.

....and Paul is a self confessed gate -raping enabler.

Hi, we are Federal goons, we are going to stick our hands in your pants. If you resist, we will wreck your life.

Anyonymous, just because you're obsessed with the TSA doesn't mean everyone else is. And please don't plaster your sordid fantasies all over someone else's blog. I mean, just because it turns you on...

lol. this blog is worthless. don't be jealous of jones. jones pushed the MIAC report and countless other info into mainstream. if you can't get the fact that jones is an agent for good than your blog is complete waste of time.

and jones kicked Mike Rivero off his show and Rivero is one the crudest anti-semites around.

Tex Mars hasn't been on Jones show in ages and just because he has a guest on his show doesn't mean he agrees 100% with the guest. Jones is always to quick to call out anti-semitism as he did with Rivero.

and i'm not even a hardcore jones fan, i just appreciate what he's doing and i'm thankful he has the platform to speak out.

It is obvious the author of this blog delays posting blogs not because of much work to do(30s y.o. housewife) but to post on days in which Jones is not dead on. The title of this blog should read, "Attacking Alex Jonestown on only His Incorrect Days."

to those in the jones camp: unless you're setting out to make yourself angry, it's pointless to read this blog. i've encountered enough so-called truthers to realize that their viewpoint is less about finding a deeper truth per se, than a matter of personal identity. any contradiction of their heroes' viewpoints is seen as a personal attack against them. alex jones has a very distinct opinion about the world around him and how it works, and collects his "facts" accordingly. it has less to do with a search for deeper understanding of the issues than a strengthening of his own beliefs. this is not to say that he is completely wrong in the viewpoints he expresses. he raises legitimate concern for government intrusion into people's privacy. however, the conclusions for why these exist is simplistic and riddled with logical fallacies.

speaking of logical fallacies, before you reply with a ludicrous defense of your viewpoint or mr. jones, check the website below to see under which category your argument falls.

...and another gate -raping enabler opines....

...and another troll adds nothing of substance to a discussion. i'll try taking your logic for a spin. seeing as how you are a fan of alex jones, i will presuppose that you are pro gun ownership. taking into account that a gun kept in a house is more likely to kill an occupant of the house rather than an intruder, i can surmise that you are for children shooting themselves in the face. hitler was not against shooting children in the face, therefore you must be a nazi. with these facts in mind, i cannot take any opinions which you may hold seriously, as you are a national socialist who takes pleasure (probably sexual) from children shooting themselves in the face. ta-da!

couldn't have said it better myself.

on another note; nitpicking through Alex's shows to find something to write about on a blog is such a waste of precious time. You're really not interested in exposing the globalists nwo agenda; you'd rather spend energy obsessing over a personality(jones) you dislike while Alex Jones does the hard work.

And I'm not a jones stan, but I do appreciate his effort, hyperbole and mistakes aside--nobody is perfect. it's all about intent. Alex's intentions are good and genuine-- for the most part.
the real information war is against nwo globalists, not ALex Jones. So, to sum things up: this blog is a collossal waste of time.

It's amazing how Jones keeps attacking "hippies", some of whom believe the same BS he does.

If someone has a few good points, we should leave them alone when they make bizarre and insupportable statements? Alrighty then, I guess we'd better leave fascists and neo-Nazis and cult leaders alone, too. Surely they're not wrong about everything.

I'm not criticizing Jones; I'm examining things he and his guests have said on the air. Some of it is indeed just hyperbole, but much of it is speculation passed off as fact.
I support his right to speak his mind. I support my own right to disagree with specific statements he makes. And I support your right to leave goofy anonymous comments on this blog. So stop pretending that I'm trying to silence your messiah.
